These attempt to actually open the OS Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint prompt. Tap each and watch the device screen.

If Step 1 fails, biometric unlock isn't possible in this web view. If Step 1 passes but tapping the buttons in Step 2 shows no OS prompt, the web view is blocking the native handoff.
